Can I use my printer for my PC and my Macintosh at the same time?

Can I hook my printer, which is used for the PC, up to my Macintosh and use it interchangably for both machines? I don’t think so, but figured I would ask.

Hook your printer up to your mac. Download Bonjour from your PC for the PC (free program from apple). My dad says it works great for sharing the printer and setting it up on the PC.
