Are you as tired of all those telemarketer and robot telephone calls as I was?

Call Blocker

I have a home office, and I used to get phone calls all day long that were just garbage calls. Scammers and robot calls. If I spied the caller ID and it said, “Out of Area,” I knew it was going to be a call I was sorry I answered.

I have done many things over the years to try and combat garbage calls, and I have found two great solutions. I use both.

CPR Call Blocker

First, I bought something called a CPR Call Blocker. It’s a little box you plug in between your phone and your incoming line. It comes pre-programmed with 5000 numbers that are known offenders.

The moment I plugged in the CPR Call Blocker my garbage calls went from 20-30 a day to 1-2 a day.

The big red button is for adding new callers to your block list. There is nothing more satisfying than picking up the phone, discovering it is a robot call and hitting the red button to instantly add them to the list and hang up at the same time.

You can find them on Amazon. Here is the link to their Amazon business page if you are interested.

Nomorobo

This service keeps an up-to-date database of robot calls and blocks them from calling you.

It’s free if you still have a landline! After using it for several months, I am in love with it.

You can also get an app for your phone for $1.99 a month (30 day free trial).

Here is a link to their information video on their website here: nomorobo.com
