Question

I’m in the Macintosh Mail application. How can I find out who I blind cc’d (bcc) my email to. When I review the sent mail, I can’t see who got blind carbon copied. Is there some incredibly obvious way I can see the bcc addresses in the “sent” email?

Answer

It should be obvious, I agree. But, it’s not. I’ve run across this problem myself.

If you are using Snow Leopard this has been fixed. However, any other OS X that is before Snow Leopard won’t show it automatically. You’ll have to view the sent mail and go to the navigation menu to View –> Message –> Long headers.

Once you do that, you’ll see a list of who the email went to as a bcc.
