Webmail: How to get it

If you are traveling or away from your desk, you can access your email account from any computer with an internet connection.

Web mail means you log in and get your mail through a browser, like Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari. To access your mail with webmail:

1. Start the browser of your choice (Internet Explore, Firefox, Safari, etc.)
2. Go to your web site: http://www.YOUR-DOMAIN-NAME.COM/mail
3. Login: [YOURUSERNAME]
4. Password: [YOURPASSWORD]

You have features you can access only through web mail. So, even if you decide you want download your mail to your local computer you may want to explore your web mail account to see such features as:

• Change your password
• Level of spam protection
• Virus protection
• Email Forwarding
• Auto-reply

NOTE: If you get an error message when you go to the web address, it is possible you don’t have web mail turned on. Please contact me so we can set it up for you!
